Shipping, Delivery, and Order Tracking
For domestic orders, we ship Fedex® Ground and UPS® Ground depending on your items. Your order comes insured against loss or damage. Orders are generally shipped the day after receipt and confirmation of payment. Orders received after 12pm EST on Friday, will be shipped on Monday. Please note, Saturday and Sunday are not considered business or shipping days. UPS does not offer Saturday delivery. Fedex delivers on Saturdays in most areas.  If you need expedited service, please e-mail info@Beerocity.com  
Order Tracking: Once your order ships we will send you a tracking number via email, which will allow you to monitor where your package is in transit until it arrives.  Alternatively, if you have an account on our website, you view the status of your order by logging into your account.  Otherwise, if you have questions about the status of your order, please contact us via email at info@Beerocity.com.
Custom Engraved Orders
Delivery: For custom engraved beer boots, Oktoberfest mugs, engraved flask, bar lamps, and bar mirrors please allow 2 to 3 weeks for completion.  Generally we deliver much faster than this (1 to 2 weeks), but we prefer to underpromise and overdeliver.
Font Style: For custom engraved beer boots and Oktoberfest mugs, we normally engrave in a basic, but attractive block font, such as Times, however we have also engraved in German style fonts such as Fraktur.  If you would like to engrave as such please let us know in the comment section of your order, or via email at info@Beerocity.com.  For other engraved or personalized products such as flasks, bar lamps, and bar mirrors, we engrave using a standard block font such as Times New Roman.
Engraving Size: Our engravers are extremely tasteful in selecting the optimal size fonts and spacing for each beer boot / beer glass size.  Generally we choose the largest size characters for the space available.  For other engraved or personalized products such as flasks, bar lamps, and bar mirrors, the engraving space is standardized.
Multiple Lines: For custom engraved beer boots and Oktoberfest mugs, if you would like to engrave on two lines, please specify by filling in the appropriate fields when placing the order.  For example, you can type:  Line 1: Groomsman's Name  Line 2: Smith Wedding 2009.
As soon as your orders have shipped we will notify you via email with a tracking number.  If you have further questions or need rush engraving please contact us via email at info@Beerocity.com
Returns & Replacements
We take every effort to ensure you beer boots are well padded and packaged and arrive in one piece, however occasionally breakages do occur. Please inspect your shipment upon receipt for any signs of damage to the outside box. If you receive a shattered or chipped beer glass, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. We will file a claim and send you a replacement. You must hold onto the box for at least 5 business days after the claim is filed in case UPS wishes to inspect the outside for damage.

Ordering on BEEROCITY.com is easy as 1-2-3.  Simply add the products you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to checkout.  We have a very secure and easy to use one page checkout system.  After we receive your order, we will immediately send you an email confirmation of your purchase.  If you have any questions about the status of your order, you are always welcome to log into your account on our site to check the status.  If you have further questions, please contact us at info@Beerocity.com and we will respond promptly. 
Payment, Pricing, & Promotions
Payment on BEEROCITY.com is extremely secure, and very straight forward.  During the checkout phase you will first be offered several payment options, include all major credit cards, PayPal, or payment via Google Checkout.
BE SURE TO USE THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS.  For your security our system is extremely critical of the billing address and billing information that you enter.  Even slight deviations from the billing information presented on your banking statements could decline the order.  This is to protect you in the case that someone is using a stolen credit card. 
From time to time BEEROCITY also runs promotions.  If you were lucky enough to receive a discount code or special offer, you may insert the offer code during the checkout phase. 
Viewing Orders
You are always able to review the status of your order or check your order history by logging into your account. 
Updating Account Information
If there is any new or changed information in your account such as your address, contact information, email addresses, etc., please feel free to update this info by logging into your account.
