There are quite a few guides out there on how to say cheers in many languages; however, many of them are incomplete and don't list the more common phrases. If you haven't been to the foreign country yourself, you may be looked at a little funny, because most of the traditional words for "Cheers" are often substituted for more hip and colloquial words.
